Basin Electric Power Cooperative (Basin) has entered into an agreement with the Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (WACM), to act as Basin designated agent for managing OASIS website and to post Available Transmission Capacity (ATC) for Basin transmission system in the Western Interconnection within the WECC footprint. As a result of this arrangement, WACM will be processing all transmission requests for Basin West side transmission system until further notice.
