Jan. 8: High Winds --  6 structures down

Feb. 5: 120-mile storm path --  23 structures down

March 7: Snow storm -- trees on lines, shield wire failure, galloping lines

March 14 -- Carpenter Dam -- Lightning strike; breaker damage

March 18: High winds - 5 structures down; 2 poles broken

May 2: Tornado damage - 6 towers down; 3 towers damaged

May 10: Tornado damage - 13 towers down; 5 towers damaged

Mississippi

April 4: Severe weather -- multiple transmission and distribution lines and structures damaged.

New Orleans

May 15 - Severe weather -- 5 structures damaged.

Throughout this series of demanding restorations, in some cases under extreme conditions, at the end of those many days, no one was injured, no one went home hurt.
